Breaking Dawn review

I got the awesome chance to to see Breaking Dawn last night, on it's opening night!
I went with my cousins and hubby, yes that's right I said hubby he seen it with us. OMG right LOL.

If you haven't seen Twilight's Breaking Dawn
Please don't read any farther,
I would hate to ruin the movie for anyone.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
The movie was everything I wanted it to be. All the drama over the wedding and all.
I was hopping for more out of the dress. The back was gorgeous, but I wanted more out of the front. It was pretty though, I still liked it.
The movie moved a little fast. I guess I'm used to the book more than the movie, but it all seems to happened all at once.
They skipped some conversations and some scenes.
When Jacob broke away from the pack I wanted that to take a little longer and to be more dramatic.
The way they made Bella look during her pregnancy was amazing. It looked like it was truly killing her.
The baby was gorgeous and I was so thrilled to see it be born in this movie. I thought they would draw it out more and the baby wouldn't come into this one, but it they moved it fast like I said before.
I wanted more out of the imprinting scene too.
But all in all, it was still I great movie. I found myself drawn in even though I knew what was going to happen. And that is what I would like to call I good movie.

What did you think of the movie?

Just Go With It Movie Review

Last night was rented the Adam Sander and Jennifer Aniston movie Just Go With It. I love Adam Sander movies, he is just a laugh riot. And Jennifer Aniston, she is one gorgeous woman and awesome actress. Of course being the hubs he thought he wouldn't like it. He said it was nothing but a chick flick. And I say by his laughter during the movie that he liked it after all.
The movie is one laugh after another. Adam's character starts off telling the story. He starts with how he started the fake marriage lie and how it was working out for him. Then it gets to present day and his a plastic surgery doctor. So here he goes telling his fake marriage lie to all these woman who come into his office.
He meet one woman at a party and falls in love. He happened to not be wearing the fake ring at the time. Then after a hot night on the beach she finds the ring in his pants. This is where he must make up the fake family and divorce.
The story moves on the Hawaii after Adam's fake son keeps on about wanting to swim with dolphins, super funny there. Then we get into a love story. The end of the movie takes a turn, but you see it coming from a mile away. Still doesn't take away the awesomeness of the movie.
I have to say this is a must see movie. Go rent it today! Your husband will like it if he gives it a try.

Super 8 Review

Last night the hubs and I went with some friends to see Super 8. We thought it was going to be a cute thriller with some kids in it. And I was excited to see Elle Fanning, I think she's just adorable.
But I'm sorry to say this movie sucks. I guess it was meant to be a kids movie. I like kids movies don't get me wrong. But this one was just crappy. We had more fun making fun of it than watching it.

SPOILER ALERT!!!!! IF YOU DON'T WANNA KNOW DON'T READ ANYMORE!

It was about a alien that came to earth and it's ship got messed. The poor alien just wanted to go home. It was touching in stupid way. The whole time you can't even see the alien really because the movie was so dark. just about the whole movie is in the dark. It's really predictable. And way too easy to make fun of.
For a kids movie I think it's pretty good. But as a adult be prepared to be bored out of your mind. It was so bad 2 out of 4 people that was watching the movie were playing on their phones.
You have been warned!

Hangover Part 2 Review

The hubs and I went on a date night last night and we went an seen Hangover Part 2. I am a huge fan of the 1st movie, so I was just tickled pink to hear there was going to be a part two. I love this wolf pack. They are all so different and funny in their own way. In this movie Stu is the on getting married. The movie takes place in Thailand, mostly Bangkok.
Stu doesn't want a bachelor party because we all know what happened in Vegas. And " it happened again", the black out. They wake up on a crappy hotel in the middle of Bangkok missing Stu's future wife's little brother. To find him they have to retrace what happened the night before. And just like normal
"wolf pack" nature they had one killer night.
The movie just keeps throwing funny crap at you. From drug dealing monkeys to facial tattoos, to missing fingers. This movie is not for kids. I repeat NOT FOR KIDS! You would be shocked at how much little kids I seen last night at the drive in watching this movie.
It's full of laughs and OMGs. I say it's a must see.

New Pirates of the Caribbean Review

I got to go see this movie of the weekend. I was so excited to hear they were even making another one. I love me some Jack Sparrow. I was kinda sad not to see Bloom, but I lived. The movie was just as dark and action packed as the last three. Penelope Cruz joins the cast as a ex lover of Jack Sparrow's, who is hell bent on saving her father's, Black Bread, soul.
In this movie the goal is to find the fountain of youth. Jack is looking a little a older in this movie. His hair is bleached by the sun giving it a golden look at times. His even got some grey hairs showing.
The best part of the movie to me was the mermaids. I just loved them. They all looked so pretty and the fact that they are killer made it even more cool. Even my daughter ( who we took with us to the drive in) thought the mermaids were the best part. She paid no attention to the movie until the mermaids started killing the guys. Then she would point to the screen and say, " fishy fishy, weeeeee." After that scene she went back to eating popcorn and playing in the car seat. I can't wait for this movie to come out on blu-ray so I can really see all the special effects and the graphics.
I wasn't too happy with the end, if left a lot of unanswered questions for me. Like, what happened to the missionary and mermaid?
It really was an awesome movie.
Have you seen it yet? What did you think?

EbookFling.com Free Ebooks : )

I was just setting on the couch checking my emails and facebook and watching Doctors. They had a show today about how to save money and get stuff for free. Right up my alley! They started talking about this website called EbookFling.com.
I love reading books on my kindle app on my phone. It's the best, I'm kinda addictive to it. So I had to check out this site that promised free ebooks. So I hoped on the computer and clicked over to this new website that the TV told me about.
On EbookFling.com you can borrow ebooks for other people. You get to make a account and post what ebooks you have to lend out to other people and they do they same. You can borrows and search through loads of titles. They offer ebooks for kindle and nook.
I saw this site and thought wow, I don't have to pay ten dollars for a ebook I can just borrow it, awesome!
You can also buy or be gifted credits that help you buy books that you wanna keep.
I just found this site and I'm excited to use it. Once I "borrow" a ebook I'll let you all know how it works out for me.
Sign up for yourself and let me know how it went for you!

I was not paid in anyway for this review. I just thought the site seemed cool.

Nuvaring Update and Review

So I started using Nuvaring last month. I was super excited to not have to remember to take the pill everyday. Things have got good with Nuvaring. I really like it. I found it just how easy it is to use. It's easy for me to put in and remove. The only down side I see right now it that I have to take it out during sex. It's painful when my husband goes in too deep, so I knew if he pushed the ring in any farther it would hurt. So I never chanced the pain. I just take it out before sex and put in back in right after. I have had no problems at all so far.
The thing that did scare me a little was that I started my period late. Well not really late their site said I would start 2 to 3 days after taking the ring out. ( with the ring you leave it in for three weeks and out one week. ) I took the ring out Sunday night and I started my period Wednesday night. So I have no idea how long my period will be for this time around. This is my 1st period on the ring. I was so glad when I started my period. I was really starting to freak. If I was pregnant I was going to sue someone LOL. But after a few days of freaking out, I got my period and now everything is fine.
I'm thinking that maybe I will try the method to stop my period all together with Nuvaring. They say you can leave the ring in for 3 weeks and after that take it out and insert a new ring right after and it will cause you to not have a period. There maybe some spotting until my body works itself out. But the thing with that is, if I don't get my period I start to think I'm pregnant. I would be in the bathroom taking a few test every month. I don't know if I'm ready for that stress.
But for right now, thing are fine. I love this ring.

Darlin Review : Jarritos Soda

Jarritos Soda is a soda made with 100% natural sugars. It comes in 11 different flavors that I was lucky enough to get to try all of them. The flavors are Tamarind, Mandarin, Fruit Punch, Jamaica, Lime, Toronja, Guava, Pineapple, Strawberry, Mango, and Mexican Cola. All the flavors are very different from each other. And I love the fact that the soda comes in a old school glass bottle. There nothing like popping the top of your favorite flavored soda and drinking it from a cool glass bottle.
The hubby and I got to try all the flavors of Jarritos Soda. And we did have our favorites. Okay I had two favorites, Strawberry and Mandarin. My Hubby like the Fruit Punch and Guava. Now that I think about it, I liked the Guava too. It tasted like a yummy frozen ice pop from when I was a kid.
We also had our least favorites. One of my least favorites was the Tamarind. The Hubby said he wasn't thrilled with the Jamaica. But all in all it was really good soda.
If you're looking for a little something different for your family get togethers  this summer or just some good 100% natural sugar soda, you should def try out Jarritos Soda.

Movie Review : PAUL

OMG this movie right here! Okay let me start with, this is not a movie for kids. It has a R rating for a reason.
Okay so starts out this two guys come to America to see all the UFO sites we have. The are driving down this road and a car flips in front of them and they met Paul. Paul is the fowl mouth alien who will make you laugh your pants off. Paul is running from the government to taking to get back home. The two guys help him with many laughs along the way.
The hubby and I went and saw this last Sunday. We were so excited because we just knew it was going to be a good one. And oh boy were we right. We laughed just about through the whole movie. It was great.
If you're looking for a good adult laugh time away from the kids, this is the movie to go see.

New page for Movie Reviews.

Summer 2011 looks like it's going to be a great one for movie goers.
My family are big movie watchers rather it be at the theater, drive in, rentals, or Netflix. So I will try my best to keep everyone in the know about all the big movies this summer.
I have even made a page up above to save all the reviews so if you miss it, you can go back there and read it. Or if you just wanna read them again.
Rango is already up there and there are more to come like :
Big Mama's House 3
and
Paul.

Hope everyone likes this idea because I do.

I also wanna throw out a big shout out to my local drive in. If you live in the Atlanta area or in Georgia you should so check out the Starlight Six Drive In. $14 for two people small children FREE and you get a double feature. It's the best value in Atlanta.

Movie Review : Rango

The hubby, little girl and I went to the Drive In and saw this last weekend. I was super excited to see a movie with Johnny Depp in it. He is always good in animated movies. And this one is no different. Starts off super funny and showing where "Rango" came from and how he got to the wild wild west. He comes to the town of Dirt and becomes their sheriff/hero. The story goes on to tell us how the town of Dirt is running out of water. And Rango is there to save the town.
It starts to drag on a little, but still kept me watching. The laughs come and go as the story goes on. A sweet romance comes along and makes you laugh and say "Awww". And like most children movies it ended with a happy birthday.
Once the "action" started by the middle of the movie I found it draggy. I thought it went on just a little too long. But other than that fact, I found it to be a really cute movie.

Darlin Review : Glade Candl Sparkle of Spring

Spring is here and so are all it's wonderful scents. As we are doing our spring cleaning we also want our homes to smell like spring. And one way to do that is with Glade's limited edition Spring Collection. You can get it in plug ins, air sprays, and, like I did, candles.
Glade Spring Collection Candles come in three different scents; Bring on the Blossoms, Jump for Joy, and Sparkle of Spring. I was lucky enough to get to try out Sparkle of Spring in my home. Sparkle of Spring is a mix of zesty lime, ginger, and vanilla. Unlike most candles that you can only smell when you're right up on it, you can smell this one through out the room. The zesty lime gives the ginger and vanilla a awesome twist.
I really love this candle.
I love it so much I want y'all to love it to. Go over to Coupons.com  and get your Glade coupons, so you can try out this awesome new collection.

I was given a free candle for this review thanks to buzzagent. All opinions like always are all mine.

Darlin Review : Tostitoes Artisan Recipes

Tostitoes has come out with a new chip. Tostitoes Artisan Recipes is made with 100% natural ingredients. These ingredients are black beans, garlic, chipotle, and 9 flavorful gains.
I was lucky enough to get to try these great chips out. All the ingredients are baked right into the chip so no dip is needed. Just grab one and enjoy it right from the bag. I tried out the black beans and garlic. They were really good. I loved the salty taste that come along with it. They did kinda dry out my mouth, so make sure you got a good drink handy.
I really like these chips and so did my daughter. I felt good about feeding her chips with all natural ingredients.

I got a free bag of Tostitoes Artisan Recipe chips for doing this review. As always all the opinions are mine and only mine.

Darlin Review : Purex Complete with Zout

So you're asking, what is Purex Complete with Zout Nikki?
Well it is Purex's newest detergent with their stain fighting Zout added. Purex says it works against grass, blood, chocolate, tomato sauce, and thicker foods like ice cream and BBQ sauce. It's available in two different fragrances; Fresh Morning Burst and Free and Clear ( fragrance free ).
So I put the stain fightingness  of this new 2 in 1 to the test.
I put my best stain maker on the job. She enjoyed a nice bowl of Spaghetti -O's in her cute pink and purple shirt.
This is what we started with here. A pretty tough tomato sauce stain.

I pre-treated it like the bottle said. And after the 5 minutes it says to wait I throw the shirt into the wash.
And this is what came out. The stain is still there. So I don't see how this worked to well on tomato sauce stains. I'm not a big fan here. Maybe it was something I did wrong. I don't know. I do know that I'm not a big fan of this 2 in 1. I like it as a detergent, but not so much as a stain fighter.
The smell is great and my other clothes got really clean, but it just didn't pass my test.

But I want you to try it for yourself. Maybe it will pass your test. Go to FreeSamplePurex.com now and get your free sample of Purex Complete with Zout.

Darlin Review : Purex Complete Crystals Softener

Purex has come up with a all new way to soften your clothes. Not only is it a way to soften your clothes, but it is also safe on sleepwear, towels, and sportswear. Purex Complete Softeners are 92% natural. It is not oil based like other fabric softeners. So instead of coating your clothes in oil, it works by penetrating the fabric and leave freshness that lasts for weeks.
I have used Purex Crystal Softener twice already. The 1st time using it, I tried it out on my husbands work clothes. He works at a tire plant, so he is always around tar and oil and grease. His clothes are always smelly and tough.

I just added the amount it says clearly on the bottle, a little goes a long way with this stuff. My husband's work clothes came out of the dryer smelling awesome. They were also soft which is something they haven't been sense we bought them.
I'm the type that only buys something if it's on sale, but I believe Purex has changed my mind. I love that it starts working in the washer and continues into the dryer. The smell is great and not too strong. It's just over all I great fabric softener.
It's so good I want all of your to try it. Sp hop over to FaceBook and "like" Purex and get a coupon for Purex Complete Crystal Softener.

Darlin Review : TSHIRT PRINTING.NET

T-ShirtPrinting.net has 20 years of experience and they want to help you. They offer you a real live person to help you place your order. You call their free number and place your order with a real person who wants to help you.
You can order anything from hoodies to kids t's, tanks, and hats. I got to order a t shirt with their design of a cool looking monkey.

I love the bright colors. The design it's self is made really well, so I'm not scared to wash it and the design come off like some printed designs.
The one thing I don't like about the company is that I can't order online. Being busy with my " little mess" it's hard to find phone time. Other than that I love my shirt.

XOXO
Nikki Darlin'

I received a free t-shirt for this review. The opinions are all mine.
