My Couponing Journey

I have being going full steam ahead in my couponing journey. I have been coupon blog hopping and clipping coupons like crazy. Last week I couponed all week. I wrote out my shopping list like a hundred times. I had everything ready.
I even went and bought me a coupon binder.

It's not the pretties binder right now and I couldn't find the right size inserts I wanted, but this one will do for now.

These are my saving from this weekends shopping trip. It's not 98% savings or anything like that, but it's pretty darn awesome to me.
I can't wait to go shopping again. I feel I'm getting better at this.

Preparing to Shop

So I have been learning more and more about couponing. I'm addicted to TLC's Extreme Couponing. I wanna be one of those ladies soooo bad. I have my coupon blogs I follow. I search for  all the good coupons. I'm going today to buy myself a coupon binder. I'm really excited about that. I know it's silly to be excited over a 3 ring binder, but I really am.
We shop at Kroger most the time, so I started following I Heart Kroger. This way I see all the coupons and deals going on there. I also follow I Heart the Mart too. I still love wal-mart. I have my coupons right now I still have to make my shopping list. I hope to one day save more than I spend.

Thank You Wal-Mart

After a late night trip to my favorite place ever, Wal-Mart, we seem to have everyone almost shopped for. We got everyone from our parents, the kids in the family, and Skylee. I'm so excited. I even got me a new pair of jeans for ten bucks.

I got Skylee a few small toys and a puffy coat for the winter. I also got her one of these Sing a ma jigs. I saw them on the Ellen Show. So when I seen them at the store I had to have one. Skylee just kinda looked at it. Then I pushed it's tummy and it starts singing and moving it's weird mouth. I don't think she liked it too much, so it's more for me. But I think she'll start liking it.

I still have to get Skylee her big gift. We decided on the Fisher Price Learn and Move Music Station. I think she'll like how it hooks up to the tv.




We still have mine and Scotty gifts to buy. Even though I don't know what I want. I was thinking maybe a camera. I would also like loads of clothes. I pair of comfy boots are def o my list.
