The Car that was Awesome.

We had traded in our gas drinking Ram Durango for a 2005 Chevy Impala.
She drove it for a while then the hubs wanted a truck. So we were selling the Impala in my brother in law.
I loved the Impala is was totally PIMP!

Tell me that's not a PIMP car!

Well the brother in law drove it for a while then it broke down. We helped get it fixed blah blah blah.

Then it was up and running again. The bro in law lost his job so couldn't make payments. We were nice and parked it in our garage. He got a job and had his car back 3 weeks before this happened ...

Now it sets back in our garage.
It's so sad.

Broken Car

I now set here with no car. We went to Best Buy Sunday and when we came out and tried to start the car the key got stuck. Then it wouldn't start or turn off. The way the it looked someone tried to steal it. We got lucky I guess. My purse was untouched and my husband's ipod wasn't stolen. But the anti-theft thingy on the car locked the whole car down.
Scotty and my dad tried to fix it with no luck. so yesterday the tow truck came and towed it away. It now sets at the dealership. We have already pumped over $200 into it in the last 2 days and there's no telling what the dealership is going to ask to fix it. Being it was the anti-theft thingy no other shop would work on it.
This so sucks. Being that we have no money now and this week is rent week. We'll have to barrow the money from Scotty's job and pay it back. I hate owning people money. We have maxed out both credit cards now. The Capitol One on buying car parts and the Walmart on buying food to last us for this week. We spent all our cash on towing the car here and there.
I know things like this happen. Scotty wonders why I bitch so much about saving money. I bitch so much because I know things like this happen. I might not no where or when, but I know they do.
I ask for all your prays and thoughts this week. Just to make it until we got our car back. Right now Scotty is driving his mom's jeep back and forth from work. I just ask the Lord be with us.

On a brighter note. I would so steal this car.

Car Wreck Sunday

We had a very eventful Sunday. Even though you didn't want this events.

We were heading to the store Sunday afternoon and well, we didn't make it far.
While backing out of the our drive way, the husband driving, we backed right into the car parked all weird behind us.
One: they were park in the road illegally.
Two: We barley had enough room to back out as it was because of their stupid parking.






So Scotty got out and checked on everyone. They didn't speak English so Scotty just went ahead and called the insurance company. They talked, and talked, and talked for like ever. Then Scotty comes back to the car, where I had been setting hoping this would all be over soon, and tells me to go back into the house with Skylee because they were calling the cops.
Really the cops?! They were parked illegally and they wanted to call the cops?! Whatever, so I went back into the house an waited to hear the end story. The cops show and he takes down some notes. He asks for every one's proof of insurance. The owner of the other car gives the cop a insurance car to a 1994 Honda, Her car wasn't a Honda. So she didn't have insurance and she wanted to call the cops, I'll never understand it. From what Scotty told me, they wanted him to leave before the cop got there. For what, to make it look like a hit and run?! Gosh these people were acting weird.
So in the end Scotty got a ticket. Something for not backing up right I guess. Happy Holidays, we got a ticket! Just great! Oh and did I mention they people we hit were friends/family of the people who live across the street from us. I already don't like them because they are leaf blower crazy ( another post for another day). Now I don't like them for this.
